1. Use of the System
The Knowledge Management System is intended for use by members who have registered and created an account on the system. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information and for all activities that occur under their account. 2. Intellectual Property
The content on the Knowledge Management System, including text, graphics, images, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 5. Termination
The Ifugao Rice Terraces Knowledge Management System may terminate a member's account and access to the system at any time for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to the member under these Terms of Use will immediately cease.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Ifugao Rice Terraces Knowledge Management System provides the system on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The system may contain errors, defects, or other limitations. The Ifugao Rice Terraces Knowledge Management System makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the system or the information, content, materials, or products included on the system.
7. Limitation of Liability
